Each stylist operates with their own individual policy regarding cancellations and no-shows, which may vary from 12 to 48 hours in advance. This means that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so within the specified time frame determined by your stylist. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this window, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee for that appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that stylists are compensated for their time and to maintain a fair and professional booking environment for all clients. Please communicate any changes to your appointment as soon as possible to avoid incurring this charge.

We have a 15-minute late policy in place to ensure that all of our clients receive the full attention and service they deserve. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is a high chance that we may need to reschedule your service, as it could interfere with the scheduled appointments of other clients. While we understand that things can come up, please note that we will always do our best to accommodate you if you're running late, but this may not always be possible depending on our schedule for the day. This helps the color or lightener to work more effectively and evenly. We recommend avoiding any styling products, such as oils, gels, or leave-in conditioners, as they can create a barrier and affect the color's ability to adhere to your hair. If you're unsure about how to prepare, feel free to ask your stylist for specific guidance based on the service you're getting. Arriving with your hair in its natural, product-free state will help achieve the most vibrant and long-lasting color!

If you cancel your appointment with less then 24 hours notice you will be charged a 50$ cancellation fee. I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A deposit is required to hold your appointment. Appointment is canceled within 24 hours or a no-show will incur a $50 non refundable service charge.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service may have to be rescheduled if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you within 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a no-show and your $50 deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be needed to reschedule.
